About The Event
This stunning exhibition is an expertly mixed balance of contemporary and traditional technique, with many works created on paper, canvas and in clay from some of our finest local artists working in a variety of mediums and techniques including Cherie Collier, Colette Gambell, Jeremy Paul, Eileen Schaer, Collier, Bruno Cavellec, Clare Payne, Howard Shimmin, Aos-Si, Kate Jerry, David Byrne, Nancy Corkish, Mark Kinrade, Adam Berry, Catherine James, Celia Kay, Eve Adams + many more!
Included in this exhibition is a wall filled with our Post Card Lottery, one of our most popular events of the year, with the opportunity of purchasing original art for £25, and collecting art: It's the biggest annual bargain in Manx Art: and the opportunity to buy a framed art work by the Island's most loved artists!
Proceeds from the lottery go to the Gallery Fund, which helps support emerging artists and running the gallery. To date, the postcard sales have raised more than £5,000.
We look forward to welcoming you to our latest exhibition, with complimentary hot and cold drinks festive drinks, mince pies and snacks - a wonderful way to spend an hour or two on a Thursday Evening where you can enjoy an array of colourful, expressive works of art, light seasonal refreshments & more.
